After Construction Cleaning

Ash Maids provides affordable Construction cleaning services. Typically we will come and clean a home that has just been built or renovated just after all the major work is done.

ASH Maids Construction Clean up often gets calls from homeowners who have just had their wood floors refinished and now there is DUST on every single surface in the home. This problem even gets worse when the home is being remodeled. We are up to the challenge and will come in and take care of things. However it is very time consuming. Our pricing is based on the time we expect to take to complete the project

Bathrooms:
1- Tub/Shower; Clean thoroughly, remove any mildew,
    or stains.
2- Toilet: scrub clean with Clorox to remove any
    stains…etc
3- Mirrors: Clean with Windex
4- Wall: clean all tiles, remove any mildew, and stains.
5- Counter top: clean, remove any stains.
6- Medicine cabinet: Clean inside, and outside.


Kitchen:
1- Clean outside, and inside the refrigerator.
2- Clean outside, and inside of the oven.
3- Clean outside, and inside all cabinets.
4- Clean the stove (remove the burners if applicable,
    and scrub clean in the sink).
5- Clean over the stove, and remove any grease build up.
6- Clean outside, and inside microwave
7- Clean counter tops.
8- Clean walls remove any greasy stains.
9- Clean floor using de-greaser.
10- Clean light fixtures.

Entrance: 1- Clean glass door. 2- Sweep entrance. 3- Remove all trash. 4- Clean light switches. 5- Remove any cobwebs. 6- Mop entrance, and vacuum carpeted     area.

Rooms, Dining Area, and family room.
1- Dust all fans that are within reach.
2- Dust all air vents.
3- Dust blinds, and window sills
4- Vacuum carpeted areas.
5- Vacuum (using back pack) all hardwood floors.
6- Clean all light switches.
7- Dust all chandeliers (Those within reach).
8- Remove any cobwebs
9- Dust all baseboards.
10- Wipe rails.
