Ash Maids house cleaning service has 2 hour window to arrive to your home from (8 and 10 /or 10 and 12 /or 12 and 2 or 2 and 4)

Our basic healthy cleaning

Kitchen:

  1. Clean outside ALL appliances.
  2. Clean outside, and inside of the microwave.
  3. Clean all counter tops.
  4. Clean stove (removing, if applicable, all burners and scrub clean)
    Using applicable cleaning agent (different stove different product)
  5. Clean over the stove, and remove any grease build up.
  6. Clean, and shine sink.
  7. Mop clean floor using “applicable cleaning solution” (not all floors Are the same).
  8. Clean, and polish outside of the cabinets.
  9. Remove all trash.
  10. Remove any cob webs.
  11. Wipe kitchen table, and chairs (including baby’s high chair, and/or booster seat.

Bathrooms

  1. Clean Tub/Shower thoroughly, remove any stains, or mildew.
  2. Clean mirrors.
  3. Scrub clean sink.
  4. Remove all trash.
  5. Scrub clean toilet bowl inside, and out including base, and behind.
  6. Clean all walls, and remove any mildew build up between tiles.
  7. Dust lights over the counter, and sink.
  8. Vacuum bathroom carpet(s), and mop floor.

Bedrooms:

  1. Change beds (if linen left out).
  2. Dust all furniture.
  3. Dust all picture frames.
  4. Remove any cobwebs.
  5. Vacuum all carpeted areas.
  6. Mop, and polish wooden hardwood floor.
  7. Clean all mirrors.
  8. Dust, and clean window sills.
  9. Dust blinds.
  10. Dust ceiling fans (If within reach).
  11. Clean all light switches, and door knobs removing finger prints.

Other areas (Dining Room, Family Room, Hallways, and Stairs)

  1. Dust all picture frames.
  2. Dust all furniture.
  3. Remove any cobwebs.
  4. Dust all shelves.
  5. Dust all blinds and window sills.
  6. Dust all air vents.
  7. Dust all ceiling fans (that are within reach)
  8. Vacuum all carpeted areas.
  9. Mop, and polish hardwood floors.
  10. Clean all light switches to remove finger prints.
  11. Dust all light fixtures including chandeliers that is within reach.
  12. Wipe all banisters, and rails.
  13. Dust all baseboards.
  14. Clean sliding glass door.
